Our talent management is rooted in the company culture and the founders' spirit that success comes from honesty, tenacity, and perseverance accompanied by prayer. We translate these values into human resource management practices that encourage each Superior Person to continue growing and remain competitive.
We provide equal growth opportunities for all employees regardless of gender, background, or physical condition because we believe diversity strengthens the quality of leadership in the organization. By 2025, approximately 33% of our employees will be women, while 86% of new recruits will be young talent under 35 years old as part of the organization's regeneration efforts.
We prepare future leaders through a multi-level development program, starting with the recruitment of young college graduates through the Champion Trainee program, followed by coaching, mentoring, and structured managerial training. We design this program based on a syllabus tailored to competency needs and continuously develop it to align with evolving business needs. We carry out this effort by involving internal experts (Internal Expertise) and collaborating with leading business schools and Professional Executive Coaches.

We provide a comprehensive welfare program to support the needs of Superior Individuals across four main aspects: health, financial, education, and social.
The physical and mental health of employees provides the foundation for workplace safety and sustainable performance. We provide various health programs to support healthy and productive Superior Individuals.
Improving financial literacy and resilience plays an important role in supporting employee well-being. We provide financial management education so that employees can make wise decisions and plan better for the future.
As part of continuous learning, the company facilitates employee competency development beyond their primary fields of work. This initiative aims to support self-development while increasing employee readiness to face various stages of life. One example is the Retirement Preparation Program, which equips employees approaching retirement with practical knowledge and skills.
Employees demonstrate concern for the community through active involvement in various social activities. This involvement benefits the surrounding community while strengthening a culture of collaboration and empathy in the workplace. One example is the Foster Parent Program, which collaborates with the National Movement for Foster Parents (GNOTA) to support the education of children from underprivileged families.
We place Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) as a top priority in our operations. We demonstrate this commitment through the comprehensive implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHSMS).
We implement OHSMS at Garudafood comprehensively, from policy determination and planning to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. To ensure effective implementation, we have formed an Occupational Safety and Health Development Committee (P2K3) in each operational unit, consisting of management and employee representatives. The P2K3 Secretary must hold a General OHS Expert certificate from the Ministry of Manpower and complete other supporting OHS training.
In addition to strengthening our internal structure, we conduct periodic external audits by institutions certified by the Ministry of Manpower to maintain the quality and consistency of OHS implementation. The audits review activities, the work environment, and work procedures to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
Our OHS activities focus on achieving Zero Lost Time Injury across three main areas: prevention, preparedness, and competence and governance.

We ensure that every employee receives regular OHS training as a basis for safe work practices. Operators of certain equipment must attend advanced OHS training and official certification programs from the Ministry of Manpower and PJK3. Meanwhile, employees who perform high-risk work must meet additional established safety standards. Through this approach, we build a work culture that prioritizes the safety and health of every employee.
