The perpetrators’ modus operandi includes, among others, profiting off the name of the company, including the names of the Directors and/or Commissioners, logos, brands, distributing leaflets, job offers, cooperation offers, product sales, or investment activities, or other methods, with the goal of deceiving and taking advantage of the public.
Therefore, PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk, the Directors and/or Commissioners of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (“Garudafood”) urges the public to be CAREFUL and BE AWARE of any indication or scams carried out on behalf of Garudafood.
If there are activities, transactions, and other actions on behalf of Garudafood, please immediately confirm with Garudafood via the email [email protected] or telephone number 021- 72897777, on Monday-Friday between 09.00-17.00 WIB.
Garudafood is a publicly listed company that is very transparent and discloses all information for the public, hence all activities, transactions, or actions carried out by Garudafood, will be informed to the public through its website www.garudafood.com.
Garudafood is not responsible for any material or immaterial losses incurred by the parties in connection with the misuse of Garudafood's brand or identity.
We would like to emphasize that fraud/scam is a crime subject to a maximum imprisonment of 4 (four) years, as stipulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code.
Garudafood will take firm action and report, as well as assist the public to report parties who have committed the scam/fraud on behalf of Garudafood, to the Indonesian National Police.
Therefore, this announcement should be observed by the relevant parties.
