Surabaya, 30 September 2023 - IdeaCloud Conference 2023, one of the biggest events in Indonesia’s business world, will be held for 2 (two) days, i.e. 29-30 September 2023 at Vasa Hotel - Surabaya with the theme "Sailing Towards New Horizon".
This event provides in-depth insight into post-pandemic business strategies and innovative business development. This event is expected to promote exponential business growth for the participants, especially MSMEs.
Hardianto Atmadja (President Director of Garudafood) also attended as one of the speakers on the 2nd day by presenting about "SUSTAINABLE GARUDAFOOD (Innovation & Collaboration)". In his presentation, he shared about how Garudafood, through its tagline Leading in Innovation, was able to develop into one of the leading food and beverage companies in Indonesia, starting from a family business until it was able to expand into a company managed by modern systems and management while continuing to focus & simplify to win the ASEAN market.
In addition, he also shared tips on building strategies and adapting in the post-pandemic era, adapting to AI disruption, utilizing social media, how to face competition with global brands, the phenomenon of social commerce, and building good relationships through 3B (Best Brand, Best Value and Best Network).
His message to the participants was that they must be able to create work-life balance by implementing "Mindfulness in Daily Life." For a business to be sustainable, it must not only be profit-oriented but should also apply Good Corporate Governance to create sound growth through innovation & collaboration.
