Tangerang, 1 December 2023 - Hardianto Atmadja, President Director of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD), shared knowledge about Garudafood's business strategy with dozens of Sinar Mas Land Group Division Heads during the Executive Mandatory Program (EMP) event on Friday, 1 December 2023 at Auditorium Green Office Park 9 Sinar Mas Land Plaza, Tangerang District, Banten.
The theme of the event was “Building a Strong Strategic Partnership for GM or Group Division Head” organized by Sinar Mas Land in collaboration with the Prasetiya Mulya Executive Learning Institute. The event aims to provide insight to Group Division Head level participants to fulfill their expectations and responsibilities in preparing and executing business strategies for the corporation.
In his presentation, Hardianto discussed collaboration with several strategic partnerships, i.e. Garudafood (GOOD) Holistic Strategic Model which consists of 3B, i.e. Best Brand, Best Value, and Best Networking. In addition, he also shared about “Mindfulness in Daily Life” by going on the “Camino de Santiago” spiritual journey with other colleagues who were still enthusiastic despite their older age. Camino means walking in Spanish and Santiago is the name of a city in Spain, hence it can be interpreted as the "Walk to Santiago". He ended the presentation with an explanation of Garudafood's sustainability strategy.
