Jakarta, 30 October 2023 – PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk won The 9th Indonesia Employer of Choice 2023 award for the Respondent size – above 1000 employees category. The winners of this category were assessed based on their average overall Employee Engagement and Empowerment Score (for companies with more than 1000 employees).
Andika Rajasa (HC & GA Associate Director PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk) represented the company to receive the award given by Kemal E Gani (Group Chief Editor of Swa Media) and Angel Blanco (Lead Consulting Partner – Korn Ferry Advisory) at the virtual event held on Monday, 30 October 2023.
On the same occasion, Andika also became a resource person at the "Formulating New Approaches of Employee Engagement and Enablement in The New Landscape of Workplace" Conference & Virtual Awarding webinar, which reviewed the challenges of building engagement amidst the evolving competency needs and employee demands, the approaches taken by the company to keep employees engaged, as well as the company's strategy to empower employees amidst new demands and ecosystems.
In collaboration with SWA Magazine, Korn Ferry Indonesia conducted the Indonesia Employer of Choice survey involving 26 companies and 51,606 employees (September 2022 - August 2023) to identify which companies have developed high levels of engagement and empowerment.
