Responsibility Towards Products and Customers

The Company is committed to maintaining its reputation as the leading player in the industry by always delivering safe and high quality food products. Therefore, the Company regularly evaluates its products and takes necessary corrective actions. In 2018, most of the main issues regarding the product are about the product appearance. An internal evaluation was subsequently conducted and revealed that the issue was caused by non-optimal machine performance. To overcome the problem, the Company took various steps such as machine modification, machine overhaul, and system upgrade. This was shown, among others, by a decrease in the number of defective products from 814 to 731 products or by 13%.
